How ManoMano moved from manual processes to a streamlined solution for corporate travel

Founded in 2013, French B2C e-commerce platform ManoMano is the largest online European marketplace specializing in DIY, home improvement, and gardening products. They operate in six markets—France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Germany, and the UK—with over 5000 merchants offering more than 19 million products. In 2019, they launched ManoManoPro, a dedicated B2B service providing tools and supplies to trade professionals.
With two offices in France and one in Spain, ManoMano's staff travel program covers business trips to industry events, opportunities for remote employees to connect in person, and sales visits to clients and vendors.
In 2024, ManoMano had over 450 staff members whose corporate travel needed to be managed. They had tried other travel management software but found that it created further complications, inflating costs and adding unnecessary work.
