“Fast, good, and loud” encapsulates the VICIO experience, which propelled them to establish new home delivery outlets and brick-and-mortar restaurants in record time, while attracting investment partners and achieving a turnover of 20 million euros in just its second year.
Today, the disruptive chain operates in 24 Spanish cities, poised to expand internationally.

Towards a more streamlined and contemporary travel management approach

From the beginning, the company leaned on technology to ensure efficiency and to foster optimal team connectivity. However, given the brand's rapid expansion, maintaining operational fluidity was paramount and company travel and management processes were thoroughly streamlined.

In the end, the same VICIO team found themselves responsible for making bookings across various platforms: trains, hotels, airline tickets, etc. In addition, they had to handle last-minute changes and manually transfer invoices to Accounting.
Fortunately, through word of mouth, a solution was found quickly that allowed each team member to manage their own bookings and travel expenses without burdening the company further with chaos and administrative tasks.

The team can independently choose schedules or change trains, which expedites the workload for Accounting and Finance.
